Say it with flowers

Hello friends,

Today you see the last exsample for Pan Pastel BNL, but not the last with PanPastel :-)

Gessoboard, Size 24 cm x 18 cm

At first I painted my Gessoboard with PanPastel. I used Panpastel Diarylide Yellow, Orange, Magenta and Turquoise and fixed the color application.

 

The second layer is created with acrylic ground for pastels and a sponge. I gave acrylic ground to the sponge and created on my surface a texture.

Third Layer is a thin coat of Gesso.

Then I began to draw the first flower with different shades of yellow.

The second flower is drawing with the same colors. 

This picture show details of the flowers and the textured background. 

Finished the background and gave them a bit more darkness.

Hortensien painted with PanPastel

Hello everyone!

Marabu Mixed Media Paper - Size 30 cm x 30 cm 

Texture is a wonderful element to create art and I love it. So i added book pages and Tissue Paper onto my Mixed Media Paper. Glued the material with Golden Gel Medium. 

After drying I painted flowers and background.

Lily pond

Hello everyone! 

The base for my example is a old canvas painted with oil paints by my husband. It was a exercise and today is it the basis for my artwork.

I like to show you a step by step tutorial and I hope your enjoy your visit.

Step by Step

Prepared the old canvas with Acrylic Ground for Pastels with a sponge and created a texture. 

Sketched with white Art Crayon Lilies  for more depth.  

Colored Lilies with Panpastel Permanent Red Tint, Magenta, Diarylide Yellow, Orange and White. 

Added with a big sponge Panpastel Chromium Oxide Green in the background. Applied a layer Gesso onto colorization and mix with a brush. 

I created a different touch with Gesso. 

Further painted after drying.

Some details are painted with Sofft Tool. I've drawn the blades of grass with the edges of the paint tool.

Mixed Gesso and water with a brush. 

Finished the canvas with some paint splatter.

Today I show you a sandglass painting. Sandglass are magical and this is my inspiration for you!

Step by Step

I started on canvas, prepared with corrugated cardboard and acrylic paints (Burnt Sienna, Ochre, Gold). 

Sketched a sand glass.

Top and bottom of the sand glass painted with Panpastel Burnt Sienna Extra Dark, Burnt Sienna Shade, Burnt Sienna and Black. 

Details are created with Panpastel Rich Gold and Red Iron Oxide Extra Dark.

Painted circles around the sand glass.

Applied Panpastel Rich Gold.

Accentuated the glass with Panpastel Burnt Sienna Tint and Panpastel Neutral Grey -2-Tint.

Finished my canvas with a little bit more gold and applied Mica Paste in the edges.

Mixed Media Art - Tulips

Step by Step

I started with turqouise circles onto ingres paper ... 

--- and colured the background in red, orange, magenta, turquoise and gold.

I sprayed with fixativ and painted the tulips.

A part in my creation are textures. I created the texture with Golden Acrylic Ground for Pastels. I gabe it at the edges with a sponge. 

After drying I highlight the texture on the right site with PanPastel Rich Gold and the left site with black Marabu Art Crayon. 

I finished my artwork with stamped clocks.

Hello everyone, 

my table is full with colors, stencils and stamp pads. The idea is a painting created with a mix of Versamark, stencil and Panpastels.

Step by Step

 The first layer is created with Versamark, a circle stencil by Donna Downey and Panpastel Permanent Red Tint, Orange Tint.

For the second layer I used a other stencil by Donna Downey and transfer the figure with a thin layer in Red Iron Oxid. 

The edges are highlighted with Red Iron Oxid and blue circles.

The last step included small painted worlds for spirit and some spotlights.

Hello everyone, 

Valentine's Day is comming and this is my inpiration for you.

Step by Step

At first I colored the paper with 4 colors, Ultramarine Blue, Diarylide Yellow, Orange, Magenta.

I played with Gesso and placed pattern with stencil.

After drying I painted a heart and colored it. Some effects are created with Tissue Tape and second layer with Panpastel.

I painted more elements in white.

Stamped and painted flowers and hearts. 

At last I puted a few points of lights with Pearl Medium White and placed the word "everyday".
